If I mail a return, when will I be refunded?
Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks. Additional processing delays may occur. A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
We understand that finding the right fit can be a challenge sometimes, so we’ll gladly exchange your item for one that is a better fit :) We only ask that the item be unworn in new condition. Worn items will not be accepted. Simply email us here: [email protected] and we will email you a form to include with your exchange. Please note: we are not able to cover the shipping cost for exchange items at this time so please be careful when ordering your size. Check our sizing charts and our sizing image (located on the product page with the other product images). Please print and complete the form and include with your return. As soon as the return item is received we will ship you your new item.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder).
How do i track my package?
Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Within this email is the link to track your package.
When can I expect my order to ship?
Most orders will ship out within two days of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), and reach their destination within 7 days after the order has been placed. However, some orders will take a bit longer to process. For example: all graphic shirts are made to order so they may take a little longer because they first have to go to print before they are packaged and shipped. Usually these are printed within 4 days. Then shipping takes an additional 3-5 days.
Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes, including cancellations, to orders after they have been submitted. Please email us at [email protected] immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to assist you. We apologize for any inconvenience.
I ordered more than 1 item, and I have only received one item, why is that?
Items may ship separately! If you place an order with us for multiple items they may be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.
I placed an order but I didn’t receive a confirmation email… what’s going on?
Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

What items does my dancer need for their first ballet class?
There are some basic items that are needed; however, each dance school or studio may have specific items that they require, so it is best to always check first. A few basic items that you might need are ballet slippers, tights, leotards, skirts, hair accessories and a dance bag.
My son/daughter needs their first ballet slippers, should I order full sole or split sole?
It is common for beginners to wear full sole ballet slippers, as they add more resistance to beginning ballet movements and help to build strong technique as students are learning to work through their feet. Click here to order the a pair. However, it is a good idea to ask your child's ballet instructor for their personal preference.
Different types of dance shoes have different sizing, how do I order the correct size?
It is best to start with the dancer's street shoe size, which is what they normally wear on a day-to-day basis. Then, follow our sizing suggestion of the shoe you are ordering under the Sizing Chart next to the Description of the item. Please take note, this is only a suggestion and not a guarantee due to the various shapes and sizes of feet.
